I went to Carriage Nissan with the intent to check out a used Nissan Rogue. I had not seriously thought about purchasing a new car and simply looking to gain information. When I arrived with my wife and two kids, Ryan met us in the parking lot and immediately took a hands off, low pressure approach. Ryan gave me the key to a Rogue, helped me put two car seats in the back, showed some basics and sent us off on a test drive. After about 20 minutes we returned to the dealership and told Ryan that we were interested in the vehicle. After discussing credit scores and finance history, Ryan recommended a new 2011 Rogue as Nissan was offering 0.0% interest. After a short 1 1/2 hours, they offered more than what I was expecting for my trade and came off the price of the new car. Brent in financing knocked our socks off with his willingness to work with our budget and pricing demands. This was probably the most friendly, nicest, easiest and most rewarding car purchase I have ever been involved with. More
