The reason for the lower ratings is because I was told that my trade-in would give me $1,200. No one ever went over my contract with me, which I can admit was my negligence. However, after returning home and reading my contract, I realized I was given only $1,000 for my trade-in. I contacted Jeff and Carl several times and they did reply, but they never honored their word. Each of them stated that I received "a good deal", but that is not the point of my complaint. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, but the bottom line is that Jeff/Carl did not keep their word with my trade-in value. More

I agree with most of the posts that I have read on this site. I just purchased a 2011 Nissan Juke and the service I encountered was excellent. I found myself without a vehicle due to an accident. No worries, Carriage Nissan had my back and set me up with a loaner not for a day or two but for a whole month. I also want to mention that I bought my vehicle on the friends and family plan which affords me the car at a significant discount that basically removes all profit from the dealer and they still hooked me up! It is solely up to the dealership whether or not to honor the friends and family pricing Carriage did. This was something that other dealers did not do such as Gwinnett Place Nissan, Nissan of Kennesaw or Regal Nissan in Roswell. DC was the icing on the cake a true inspiration someone that loves what he does not for money but for the art of salesmanship. DC work tirelessly to try to locate a vehicle at other dealerships, secured my financing and truly made the purchase a sign and drive experience. I highly recommend this dealership! More
