I received a letter from the dealer stating that I could turn in my leased 2008 Rogue early. I called and spoke Mr. Eunice and Mr. Anderson and they were both very friendly and professional. I told Mr. Eunice that I wanted another Rogue, but that it had to have all wheel drive. He said that they did not have one in stock, but that he would try to locate one at another dealer. He called me back ashort time later to let me know that he located one and would have it the next day. When I got there and went thru the purchase process it was very pleasant. The numbers I got from Mr. Eunice on the phone the day before were exactly as promised. There was no pressure to buy any extras and it went very smoothly. The car was delivered to me in excellent condition and the whole process was completed in a very short time. I would highly recommend Carriage Nissan. More

I walked in for an oil change and left with a new vehicle. The car I purchased is exactly what I had been looking for. After I test drove it, I knew it was coming home with me. I did feel some pressure to purchase the car while I was there, although the sales associate said they "didn't want me to feel pressured," then continued on to tell me how my credit wasn't very strong b/c I didn't really have any credit reported. I put down a LARGE deposit and walked away with a high car payment because the lender wanted to charge me a fee just to get the loan. THAT is my biggest regret. I still haven't been notified what the final cost of the car was - I was told that I would be given this information prior to signing the contract - still to date (3 months later) I haven't been provided with it. I have a feeling that if I hadn't forgotten about that part prior to signing and had actually been given the opportunity to see the end result in cost that I would have left the car there that day. This is only the second car I have purchased and I did it on my own without any outside advice or consultation from family or friends -- next time I will definitely bring someone with me who will be looking out for ME! More
