I love Carriage and I get my cars serviced there. This time I was in for an oil change prior to a doctor's appointment. When my appointment was finished there was a rain storm. I ran to.my car and noticed time I was in for an oil change prior to a doctor's appointment. When my appointment was finished there was a rain storm. I ran to.my car and noticed that my visor was hanging low. When I inspected it, I noticed that it was damaged and had not been before my oil change. Due to the storm and a 2 hour drive back home, I decided to call the service department after making it to work. When I got to work I had someone waiting on me. When the cleaning guy was leaving he noticed something hanging under my car on the passenger side. Upon review I noticed that there is a bolt missing. I called Carriage to report but due to the holiday weekend, I have not heard back. I hope to hear soon and will take the car to them hopefully next weekend for them to repair. No one told me anything was wrong and I did not receive the copy of the inspection, only a receipt. More
