Absolutely the BEST dealership experience I've ever had. I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted. However, the sales consultant, Alfred Collymore, was extremely patient and not the typical "sales-y" vibe I've e I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted. Crackerjack dealership I bought a 2007 Rav 4 off of the lot. It’s been a year and I’ve already had to replace the battery, brakes/rotors, windshield washer blades, and headlights.... Thy guaranteed everything to be “at least 80% upon purchase”. None of this stuff is covered under the warranty because it’s all wearable... if you are looking for a used vehicle, do yourself a favor and keep looking. Worst purchase of my life More

Test drive I set up a test drive 4 days ahead. When I got there the car wasn’t clean. It was gross, trash and crumbs, and stains everywhere, I had talked to them I set up a test drive 4 days ahead. When I got there the car wasn’t clean. It was gross, trash and crumbs, and stains everywhere, I had talked to them MULTIPLE times on my way to their dealership, (as I am about 2 hours away, and was running late) and they neglected to tell me that they didn’t get to finish the car. Then, once we get back from the test drive, we sat down to start “negotiating” (only on my end). They did NOT budge ONE dollar. I wanted the car no matter what, they told me they had approved horrible credit scores (mine is not!). Their financial manager came back to inform me that since I’m on Disability (and have NO say whatsoever in my income) that there is no bank ANYWHERE who would work with the amount I make. I was mortified. This would have been a first car purchase for me. I left in tears, I told them to forget it. I got a call 45 minutes later after they decided to run my credit 3 times (without my consent) to tell me they got me approved. NO THANKS. This was a horrible experience. More

Really bad management in sales Don't go here to buy a car they will give you a price and when you want to make an appointment to put money down they won't return your call. I even talked to the manager and he said they would call me back that was five days ago. I wouldn't trust him to feed my dog, my poor dog would starve if I had to trust him to feed him. Go to Cockran or CarRight if you want to deal with someone that's fair. I will never deal with them again, or refer them to anyone. VERY DISSATISFIED. More
