Then our financial institution informed us this Sping that they still have not received the title. To date, we are still waiting to receive the title on a vehicle we purchased in November 2017! Without a title, I have no legal right to a vehicle I am financing. Calls to the dealership are useless; straight to voicemail. I’ve resorted to emailing the title clerk and general manager, numerous times without a response. This has been absolute nightmare. I will NEVER purchase a car from Jim Shorkey. I would give no stars if I could. More
