The service department is decent, but the sales department is the biggest waste of time I have ever seen in my life. I would avoid this place at all cost and find a Cadillac dealer outside of Georgia because every Cadillac dealer in Georgia is trash. I would also like to express my deepest and most sincere regrets that I have spent a minute with Goggins because he is the epitome of what this dealership is a waste of time and they do this as a profession. Don't fall for there games, lost customer for life and I make sure I TELL EVERONE I KNOW abut how horrible they treat ther customers after they sell them a vehicle . More
I was searching for a Porsche Cayenne with the Diesel engine and one showed up at Jim Shorkey Mazda Cadillac in Gainesville. I submitted an inquiry and I was contacted next morning ( on a Sunday , even t engine and one showed up at Jim Shorkey Mazda Cadillac in Gainesville. I submitted an inquiry and I was contacted next morning ( on a Sunday , even that the dealership was closed) by Faith Stein. From there on, the whole process was a smooth ride, they accommodated my requests and Faith picked me up from the airport ( more than 1 hour away). The vehicle was better than described, I was out the door in a little bit over one hour with paperwork in hand, tank full and car fully detailed. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Faith and her team and who knows, maybe we'll cross paths again! Kudos to her! More
It seems like the new ownership finally has a great service team set up. I have had the pleasure of dealing with the Service Manager Lloyd and the Service Advisor, Shannon for many years at other s service team set up. I have had the pleasure of dealing with the Service Manager Lloyd and the Service Advisor, Shannon for many years at other stores and have never had a bad experience. Fast forward to this week, I came in for my first service and received the attentive care and communication I have gotten for years. I really hope that this service excellence influences the Sales and Parts departments to clean house and do better. I highly recommend getting your car serviced here. More

Had Jim Shorkey service my Mazda CX9 since I purchased new in 2021. At first they had 2 women running the service Dept, and they were great! Then they were gone. Not sure of the name of the man I talked too but I have never been so unhappy with the conversation I had with him. The oil light came on in my new vehicle, and he told me that I was just overdue for my oil change, even though I still had 2,000 miles to go before due. I told him that I felt it was something more, and he replied "sorry if you don't believe me". Treated me like a dumb woman!!! Well now the oil light has come on for a second time, still had 1300 miles before due for oil change. I would not bring my car back to them if you paid me!!!!! Called Bradshaw Mazda in Greenville. Talked to their service person and told him that 2 times the oil light has come on before scheduled oil change. Within 30 seconds, he told me that Mazda is aware of a problem with oil usage and they have a fix for it. I told him "Thank you so much for being honest with me" Bottom line is I will never recommend Jim Shorkey Mazda and never do business with them again. Any Mazda owners, bring your vehicles to Greenville and Bradshaw Mazda!!!!! More
Had a schedule appointment to look a mirror that wasn't working properly on a brand new vehicle purchase. They expected use to leave the vehicle all day just to look at. Why make appointments if you expect the customer to drop off and not wait. I was very clear when set up fhe appointment that my daughter would be waiting on it. They order parts. Set up appointment again in a.m. dropped off. Had the car all day. Called at 2 to see if car was finished. Took him 10 min.on hold to figure out what going on. They said be finished in 1.5 hrs.. show up at 5 and they say they ordered wrong part and it will be Jan before they can get the new part. So I had an appoint in a.m. they left the car sit all day until I called rhen looked at it and then determined that it was wrong part after waiting 2 months for the part to come in. Also during the original diagnosis of mirror someone dinged the door while working on it. Also had to take this car to another dealership for a recall because Jim shorkeys guys didn't know how to fix it. The turbo 2.5 motors burn oil. 1qt every 2500 -5000 miles. Burford mazda fixed the problem in 1 day and also gave me a loner car. Will never buy a car from this dealership again, and wouldn't recommend to anyone. More
I went in to Shorkey to purchase a truck, once agreed on all the details. Time to pay, I had secured my auto load through my company credit union. The sales manager told me that I could not bring outside financial. I would have to use their loan dept. so glad Jim Sorkey refused me a purchase. It was amazingly interesting that a dealership refused $52k because of outside financial.. thank you! More
