Mark and Lancer are always on top of things—efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. Both Camerons are incredibly helpful and go the extra mile to make sure everything runs smoothly. James, Chris, and Sarah round out an amazing team—each one of them brings a great attitude and makes sure I leave feeling taken care of. It’s rare to find a service department where everyone is this consistently helpful, but Malloy Chevrolet has truly set the bar high. Keep up the great work, team! Always super friendly interactions with the folks in the service department here, and given the busyness of the service department on that particular day, my service was completed in a timely manner. The only blemish on this service was not being notified of any other additional services if needed - i.e. my rear windshield wiper is really old and falling apart, and there was not a suggestion made to replace it. Otherwise, great service here all around, thank you!! One other thing - I created an online profile account for service here, and I was unable to link my VIN to it, if we can get that fixed somehow. Thanks again! More
I did not find the atmosphere conducive to doing business.The music in the showroom is too loud and distracting. Incredibly bad experience! I arrived on time for my oil change appointment, my Corvette was placed in a vacant bay.. Then it sat while the service tech apparently when out to l I arrived on time for my oil change appointment, my Corvette was placed in a vacant bay.. Then it sat while the service tech apparently when out to lunch. When I made the appointment, I specified “customer waiting”. After about a half hour the service writer came out and told me they did not have the Mobil 1 oil which is recommended for my car, and someone had to be sent out to get it. Then, of course Ihad to wait longer. At least (I hope) I got the proper oil. Finally, the service writer came out to tell me the car was ready, and oh, by the way, said I needed a new set of tires, because cord was showing. My tires had 26000 miles on them and weren’t even worn down to the wear bars. I spent entire 37 year career as GM engineer, and I certainly know how to maintain my tires, and when they require replacement I did not request a tire estimate, nor would I elect to purchase tires from a dealership.. Adding to that, my bill was over $200 with a $40 off coupon! Who’s is outrageous. Based on all of the above It is highly unlikely that I will visit this dealership for service again, much less purchase a car. More
