We found the vehicle online that I wanted and was able to make contact by phone to start the process and our salesman Bruce was so easy to work with and actually helped us out of our current vehicle into our new one!! Thanks to Jim O’Neal Ford for our pleasant lease experience! We found our new Expedition on the Jim O’Neal website. The team did a nice job of making the process as quick and efficient as possible to get us back on the road in our new ride. We also traded our 12 year old Expedition with 198,000 miles, and the team worked with us to get within our desired trade value range. Additionally, we leased for the first time vs buy, and they were great in answering our questions and doing a cost comparison. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. More

I went there because of a previous positive buying experience with Guy Plummer and once again, he found me the perfect Ford Escape at the right price. Let me say it another way -- I got what I wanted, not what they were trying to sell. That's why I will go there again! Everyone I came in contact with was friendly and helpful. An added service is their car tech class I will be attending to learn how to utilize all of the various bells and whistles my Escape has. Great idea! They did not have the exact truck that I was after on property so Bruce walker and his team worked relentlessly searching dealerships around the area working on getting something here for me. The buying of the truck was very streamlined once they had it in stock they had everything lined up and ready for when I bought the truck. The paper work took less than 20 minutes to finish which Impressed me on how organized they were. Would highly recommend to anyone. More
