Truck had a scratch and a dent brand new. Dealer fixed the scratch and dent but didn’t accommodate for the inconvenience in any way. Two weeks in the shop the truck is finally fixed. Not to mention, it took over a week to get the thing in the shop at the dealer to get fixed. I’m willing to bet if I refused to buy the truck because of that damage it would’ve been fixed at the speed of light! Goodbye to two weeks of free trials that came with the truck that shouldn’t have even been an issue since the truck was supposed to be “brand new”. Any other dealership I have previously encountered would throw something in or apologize for the inconvenience by some other means if damage is found on a new vehicle. Financial person was also very condescending when getting everything squared away on the finance side. Jacob Lopez my salesman did a great job and deserves better! More

I have not had a great experience lately at Toyota. The service department has to much turnover. I have worked with David Holmes 1 time. I could not type my last 4 experience situations in this box, but if you would like to hear more, feel free to give me a call. We have purchased several vehicles from this location, but we will not be purchasing vehicles moving forward. My latest is a 2023 Tundra, i cannot believe the issues with this truck and the lack of knowledge in their service department regarding the remedies and parts. I wish someone could just actually help me out opposed to the typical move on to the next customer mentality. More
Advisor Daniel Rampp did a fantastic job walking me through the process of having work done on my vehicle. He kept me informed of findings by mechanics and what times for completion would be and helped through the process of having work done on my vehicle.
