We bought a 2022 Toyota Tacoma last summer. During the financing of the vehicle we were offered the warranty. We declined numerous times and finally were bullied into one. We were told that it was easy to cancel but to give it a year. My son purchased a car at the Jim Norton Chevy dealership and bought the warranty. He had issues with the car before he could get it tagged. None of the issues were covered by the so called bumper to bumper warranty. That is when I came in and spoke to Chris and he said he canceled the warranty on my Tacoma. I have still not been reimbursed for the over $1900 I was told would be applied to my loan. I have spoken to Chris initially and Brant over the phone and in person and was promised they would get me reimbursed. I have tried calling numerous times for them but have never had a phone call returned. I’m frustrated that I was basically forced into a warranty and now I am bullied into not getting reimbursed for it even though I sold the truck. More

I’m very unsatisfied with the customer service. We needed some paperwork on the new vehicle. After contacting Jim Norton three times via email and voicemail over several days, was given no response We needed some paperwork on the new vehicle. After contacting Jim Norton three times via email and voicemail over several days, was given no response or follow up communication, I finally went in to the dealership in person. Waited OVER AN HOUR for a manager and still do not have the needed paperwork to register my car. Really? This is the care you give to customers who have purchased their last two vehicles through you guys. More
