The JNT service department is organized, efficient, and friendly. I've serviced 2 Tacomas and now 2 Tundras at JNT. From the greeting to the pickup, you will find a well -oiled machine. Auston F. is abo friendly. I've serviced 2 Tacomas and now 2 Tundras at JNT. From the greeting to the pickup, you will find a well -oiled machine. Auston F. is above average in both his customer focus and his technical expertise. Auston is patient and listens to all of my concerns about the vehicle. A shout out to the technicians behind the scene that do their job. They found a squeak on my last Tundra that was driving me insane as an example. Work with Auston and you won't be disappointed. I also just bought my first brand new Toyota through the Sales Department. I would give 10 stars if I could. My Sales experience was above even my expectations.
