This dealer on the used side is absolutely horrible. They were nice to you up to the time of the sale but afterwards not so much. To contact them is next to impossible, especially the gm Lance. He NEVER returns your phone calls and must work weird hours as he is never there and you get sent to voicemail instantly. We purchased a car there and in less than the time our temporary tag expires we were having issues. And not one of them were corrected. One was just a minor mechanical issue. They said we could bring it in and they would fix it. We brought it in but they never fixed it because they had to order the part and it hasn’t came in yet. We purchased the extended warranty because we were told it would give us peace of mind and that it would cover everything bumper to bumper. Well, we found out that what they really meant was front bumper to front bumper and nothing in between. We were not told ANYTHING about what the warranty does NOT cover nor were we given any paperwork or brochure regarding the disclosures of the warranty. DO NOT BUY ANY WARRANTY!!! Do NoT Trust that the vehicle has been thoroughly inspected for damages or simple things not working like brake lights!!!!!!! They quoted us $1600 to fix !!!!!!! By the way it IS NOT covered by the SO Called Warranty!!!! Our bill was over $5400!!!! For having a $15000 car for 45 days!! Update: We worked with James who oversees tne used car side. He was great. He helped us get into another car along with salesman Joseph. Thanks guys for making it right and taking care of us. We greatly appreciate it!!!! I do think that the warranty coverage should be disclosed more so people know exactly what they are getting before making a final decision. More
