A great experience I usually always dread buying a car because usually the process is full of pushy sales people, long waits, and crooked people. Jim Norton Chevrolet was an entirely different experience. From the moment I walked in the door, I was treated with nothing but respect and courtesy. I interacted with a salesman named Richard, who was friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. At no point did he push me. He asked questions to make sure he knew exactly what I wanted, and was helpful in every step. The sales floor manager also came and spoke with me, and he was outstanding as well. He wanted to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted for the price I wanted. This dealership is not like most. It really impressed me and restore my faith in the car buying process. They are setting the bar high in truly outstanding customer service. I would absolutely recommend using them, and I will make sure my next car is through them as well! More
Good initial sales information and follow up but the sales team did not know about special incentives available on their website. This caused confusion and delays on the day of the sale. After they supposedly got it worked out, I have yet to receive the additional items and they have done a very poor job of following up after the sale. It's now been over 6 weeks so I called to follow up and after being forward around the dealership and hung up on, I finally got someone to "see what they can find out". After being told that many times, I'm not going to hold my breath that i get a return call. Even though I got a great price on the car, if I had to do it again I would have paid more and bought local. More
I CAME IN TO GET A KEYFOB PROGRAMMED AND THEY FOUND A RECALL ON MY VEHICLE AND FIXED IT RIGHT AWAY. THEY EDUCATED ME ON ANY POSSIBLE FUTURE ISSUES AND HOW TO PREVENT THEM. I came in for a tire rotation and oil change. There was a line on the repair order for a multi - point check. I was not told of anything wrong or needed. There was no paper report with repair order. Also, since this was the first visit there, I was not even asked my name or address. I believe they got my name out of my glove box, since it was open when I went to leave. Also my oil level was 1/2 quart low. I checked it after I got to my friend's house and it had set over an hour or more. My car is a high mileage vehicle and can't believe that everything was perfect. Always fast and friendly. Not what you would expect from a dealer, I know. Only once were they not able to get me right in, but a loaner was offered, which is always the case. I've never had a problem with these people. More
