Best GM Service Center in the Country! Jim Norton Chevrolet has by far the best service department and service manager I have ever seen. Kyle Thomson(service manager) personally met us when Jim Norton Chevrolet has by far the best service department and service manager I have ever seen. Kyle Thomson(service manager) personally met us when we arrived, crawled under our truck(in business clothes) and immediately went with me for a test drive. James Covington(our service advisor) kept in touch with us before and throughout the repair, informed us of other repairs our truck was needing but did not force the repairs on us, and he gave us excellent prices on the repairs we chose to have done. They were able to remove and replace our transmission in TWO days!!! This is unheard of in most dealerships. I have had to replace a transmission before and the last one took three weeks at a different Chevy dealership. We live in Texas and our truck broke down while we were traveling. I would go out of my way to return to them for service. So for the technical side of things, this is the 3rd(and hopefully last) transmission we have had to replace. This transmission was still covered under warranty, so when it went out about 30 miles from Broken Arrow, we went to the closest dealership, which was in Claremore, Ok. We only had first gear, which was only working intermittently. The Chevy dealership in Claremore refused to even check the transmission because they said we needed new U joints. Now I'm no stranger to U joint problems, so this wasn't shocking news, as we have has U joint problems before, but our truck was showing no signs of U joint issues. When I asked which U joint(this truck has 3) I didn't get an answer. All I was told is it needs U joints and it will be $800. We continued to press the issue and asked them to check the transmission(the only reason the truck was currently undriveable), but unfortunately they refused. This whole process took two full days. We ended up limping our truck(and large horse trailer it was towing) to Jim Norton Chevrolet in Broken Arrow. We called beforehand letting them know what was going on and they were more than happy to get us in. Kyle looked at the U joints as soon as we arrived, the only one the had a minor issue was the rear one. He said they would get us a quote and they recommend we replace it, but it was up to us if we wanted to have it replaced. They looked at our truck and pulled the transmission the same day we arrived. The next day they had a new transmission in (covered by the warranty) and had our U joint replaced for $265. We live 5 hours from Broken Arrow, but we will definitely be back. More

I made an appointment with Marie Bowers and the process began. Marie went above & beyond all my expectations for helping me find the vehicle that was right for me - that I enjoy driving each day, can afford the payments and have peace of mind with the manufacture's warranty and Certified Pre-Owned benefits! From something as simple as the color of the vehicle to the bells & whistles! She answered all my questions. She sent me home with different vehicles to try. She truly was concerned about helping me make a decision that I am happy with far beyond the sale. Not Good I was told what was wrong with my truck then I told him to fix it then I got a call saying that was not the problem after they fixed it and now it's s I was told what was wrong with my truck then I told him to fix it then I got a call saying that was not the problem after they fixed it and now it's something else wrong and they wanted to charge me 300 to put on a negative cable wire then they said that might not be the problem either .so these are supposed to be professional. I had always brought my truck here and never had these problems or a run around now I'm out $500 dollars and it's still not fixed ugh!!!!! Oh and I called around and the cable wire is only $15.00 dollars wow!!! More
