Also, Kelly, in parts, was able to help us in ordering and getting installed some items we wanted to add to our Traverse. He went above and beyond in making sure we received the items we wanted and ensuring we were charged correctly to have them installed and getting us into service to have them installed. Great sales, but that's all Derrick was one of the best salesman I've worked with. However, the service and parts manager is the most rude person I've dealt with in a dealership Derrick was one of the best salesman I've worked with.
