I had just bought a pre-owned vehicle from another Chevy Dealer 3 months earlier-the mechanical issues and lack of resolution had me very leery of another experience. I made an appointment with Marie Bowers and the process began. Marie went above & beyond all my expectations for helping me find the vehicle that was right for me - that I enjoy driving each day, can afford the payments and have peace of mind with the manufacture's warranty and Certified Pre-Owned benefits! From something as simple as the color of the vehicle to the bells & whistles! She answered all my questions. She sent me home with different vehicles to try. She truly was concerned about helping me make a decision that I am happy with far beyond the sale. Not Good I was told what was wrong with my truck then I told him to fix it then I got a call saying that was not the problem after they fixed it and now it's s I was told what was wrong with my truck then I told him to fix it then I got a call saying that was not the problem after they fixed it and now it's something else wrong and they wanted to charge me 300 to put on a negative cable wire then they said that might not be the problem either .so these are supposed to be professional. I had always brought my truck here and never had these problems or a run around now I'm out $500 dollars and it's still not fixed ugh!!!!! Oh and I called around and the cable wire is only $15.00 dollars wow!!! More

He was friendly and made us feel welcome and answered any questions we had in a very honest and professional manner. There was no high pressure sales tactics, just a welcoming car buying experience. After deciding to purchase the vehicle, we dealt with Charles Edwards in finance. Charles was also great. He was friendly and funny, but also informative and explained everything during every step of the process. Mike and Charles are great representatives for Jim Norton Chevy and I look forward to doing repeat business with them in the future. He listened to us and our needs and wants and made it all work in our budget and we couldn't be happier!! He was not pushy like other salesmen. He treated us like he would want to be treated. Really, he treated us like friends. He's awesome! We have already told several people about Jim Norton Chevrolet and Kelly because our experience was THAT good. In fact, my brother in law bought a new truck from Kelly yesterday because of our good experience. He had the same awesome experience that we did and is planning on sending some of his coworkers to Jim Norton Chevrolet as well. We can't say enough good things about you all!
