Dont go Here !!!!!!!!!!!!! I am so frustrated I took my car in for service and 250.00 later got it back in the same condition. It was like nothing was even done! I call my servi I am so frustrated I took my car in for service and 250.00 later got it back in the same condition. It was like nothing was even done! I call my service tech he says o you have to fill the tank drive it a bit. Two days later the car is still revving and surging. I place a call to the service manager and he is out of the office and no one else is available!!!! I call and get my service tech and instead of showing empathy and trying to resolve the issue I feel like I am bother him wanting MY CAR FIXED like one would expect when taking their car in for service. I would not recommend doing business with them!!! More

BEST EXPERIENCE WITH JORGE RODRIGUEZ!!!!! I have a rating of 5 stars because our experience with Jorge Rodriguez was amazing he is the best sells guy we couldn't go wrong with him. He introduced him self in a really professional way, he has a great personality and he was there in every step of the whole process. He offerd us French vanilla coffee that was really delicious while we were signing paper work. He took us a nice family pic when the whole deal was done. Whoever comes to jim Norton I recommend you to ask gor Jorge Rodriguez oh and his bilingual in Spanish and English so that was a big plus for us. Thank you Jorge we left very satisfied and happy!!! More

Very satisfied! My experience started on the Internet searching the inventory. I found that process much easier than walking over the lot reading window stickers. There were a few iterations, bur finally we reached an agreement, and i came in settled and took delivery. Didnt take that long really. A good experience as far as buying a car goes. More

I would recommend going to her and the dealership in general. It was much better than some of the experiences I have heard about from friends and family (many described as bad as root canals) More
