Did not mention 15,000 mile carbon engine clean at previous oil change so will wait til 30,000 since I am at 20,000 and it will not change warranty per phone call with service dept. Will get in soon for cabin air filter and free tank of gas. More

Sold Lemon/Poor Service/Poor Value on Proposed Trade of Lemo I hate to write a bad review because I believe that every circumstance is different, but in an effort to prevent anyone from enduring what I endured, I hate to write a bad review because I believe that every circumstance is different, but in an effort to prevent anyone from enduring what I endured, here goes. In 2015, I purchased a 2016 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 LT Crewcab truck. For the first two years, I loved it. It had 5,000'ish miles at the time of purchase because it was a demo. Otherwise, it was brand new. Two years later, I'm driving down interstate highway 44 when the transmission goes out of it. The vehicle would shift fine through third gear, but on the third-to-fourth transition, the vehicle would behave as though it were in neutral. I took it back to the dealership because it was still under warranty. Six weeks later, I finally got my truck back. There was a "stack" of 2016 Silverado's with the exact same issue. I do a lot of driving for work (drove over 1,000 miles last week). I cannot have a vehicle that is unreliable. I shopped around and various dealerships offered between $32k and $33k for my vehicle. I took it back to Jim Norton hoping to get a better deal because they sold it to me. They first offered $28k and then finally offered $29,500. I thank them and politely left. I would never recommend anyone to this dealership. When my vehicle was in the shop, I had to constantly call to get updates and had zero communication from my "service technician." The icing on top of the cake was when they offered me $3k less than other dealerships when they were the dealership who sold it to me. I would not recommend anyone purchase a vehicle from this dealership. More

For my first car buying experience, from the moment I pulled up to the moment I pulled out it was less than 2 hours! Who does that? Bryan, that's who! But what really made the experience fantastic was that as a young adult with loads of student loan debt who is very early in my credit career, the entire financial team worked with me to purchase a brand new, 2017 Spark. I never thought that I would be able to own a brand new car knowing where I'm at and where I need to go, but Brian and his managers made it happen. I am recommending Jim Norton, but most importantly Bryan to EVERYONE I know! More

From the initial contact from Shelly Clawson, after using the TrueCar app to the final hand shake from Sales Manager Will Franklin, the whole experience was one of non-pressure and one of realistic helpfulness. Furthermore, Bill Doyle was very understanding as I worked with my lender on getting all paperwork taken care and sent to the dealer for payment to be sent. Also my thanks to all the other employees that I have forgotten to mention to ensure I was being taken care of and just BS'ing with me outside while waiting for everything to go through. This is the type of customer service I have become accustomed to over the years and theses folks shined at it! Again thanks to the whole staff at Jim Norton Chevrolet BA, I will definitely keep my business here as long as possible! More
