Went to buy a truck and was brutally disappointed . It is sad that my wife knew more about the trucks options than the salesperson and she was also unfamiliar with their own buying program. She told me that I would get free oil changes for life which is not offered on diesels (I corrected her). I was also told that while we were test driving the truck that they would appraise mine to save time during my lunch. They waited until we got back from the test drive to appraise it. Then they shot well below the Blue Book value for trade in and my truck is immaculate. I was also trying to purchase the truck via the Costco buying program which is supposed to provide a huge discount off the price from their WEB site. Nope, I was offered the same deal as anyone walking off the street. I called Costco and complained but never heard from anyone. I sent an email to the General Manager and never received anything back from him. I love their service department but their sales department is as crooked as the all of the other dealers. Will purchase my vehicles elsewhere. More

Happily Amazed!!!! Due to unforeseen circumstances, I was forced to buy a car. Being on a limited income I was looking for as cheap a car as possible. I saw a car online and scheduled an appointment with SHELLEY CLAWSON. I expected the run around as I have experienced with other dealerships. You know the ones I'm talking about...you want to see a particular car and they lead you everywhere else trying to get the big sale. Telling you how much better this "new" car is for you never listening or caring about your financial obligations or limitations. I expected the same with Shelley and the financial team but to my amazement Shelley found me a car I think is adorable and Michael Mosely got the payment that was necessary. They listened to my needs, wants and limitations and jumped hurdles to finance me a car that I absolutely fell in love with and can afford. What more could you ask for? She was aware that I had been talking to sales people at other dealerships and test drive several different makes. So she happened to follow up at the perfect time (Whike I was making a decision on what make to go with) and I cane in and made the purchase. She has also been helpful after the sale so I will likely use her in a few years when I come in for a new one. More
