Exceptional experience! I met Chris "Fuzzy" the weekend prior to me buying while just looking. He answered my questions and gave me his card with no pressure to come in and I met Chris "Fuzzy" the weekend prior to me buying while just looking. He answered my questions and gave me his card with no pressure to come in and talk. The following weekend I went in and we picked up where we left off. I never felt pressured to buy and I was concerned I would not even qualify for what I wanted. In the end, Bryan was able to beat my bank by a full percent on a brand new Silverado which I have always wanted but never owned until now. I couldn't be any happier. Worst dealership I bought a car in good faith assuming they wouldn’t sell junk on there lot. Drive the car for a month before having motor problems had the car taken i I bought a car in good faith assuming they wouldn’t sell junk on there lot. Drive the car for a month before having motor problems had the car taken in for service, never heard anything unless I called them. Then was told after the car had been there for 3 weeks that the warranty I bought with the car wouldn’t cover the motor work because the car I bought came with a cold air intake. So after another week an a half of waiting, I was told that they ordered the parts an was going to start working on it later that week. An after a week went by I called up there to find out they hadn’t even started yet I tried to get a hold of upper management about the problem an couldn’t get any one to get me to upper management. But after trying for days I finally did. I was told the car would be done this Friday after nearly 2 months of being there then they called me on Thursday night, saying the new motor was messed up an they would need to tear it apart to find out the problem with the new motor. Also I was told multiple times to come up an we would try to find a different vehicle for me except they only wanted me to buy brand new and wouldn’t even try to make things right with me I don’t know what kinda show they are running up there but I wouldn’t want to be apart of it! Word of advice for anyone if you want a reliable car an good service when you need it done DONT go to Jim Norton Chevy! More
