Plus, his friendly attitude made us feel comfortable in an otherwise uncomfortable situation (buying a car in general causes me a lot of anxiety; previous experiences that went very wrong). Gerry Guel was also understanding and patient with my anxiety. He took extra time to ensure I was good with what I was signing.
