TOOK IN MY 2022 3500 WITH 9,700 MILE ON IT, HAD KNOCKING IN BOTTOM END WHEN COLD. MIKE TOLD ME " THATS NOT NORNAL". SEVERAL DAYS LATER THEY TOLD ME CHEVY SAYS ITS NORMAL! We bought several new vehicles in the last year and service is not good.tried twice now ro get an alignment dome on our Tahoe. The first time they said there machine wouldn't finish. Buying the car was easy enough. Satisfied with trade in offer. Paid full asking price, simply asked they repair what wasn’t working/broken on the new car. After the sale dealing with JN on a repair that was part of the sale was a nightmare. I was lied to about where my car was twice, dealer should have ultimately replaced the windshield vs repair but car was filthy and it was littered with chips. Realized within 10 days of buying the horn wasn’t functioning correctly. Got busy and called a couple weeks later and was told they couldn’t do anything after the service dept told me they should take care of it. I suspect the horn was an issue at time of purchase it just took me a few days to realize. I’d barely driven the car about 150 in that months time You’d think a reputable dealer would easily take care of such a simple, yet safety critical issue. To top it off salesman is weirdly calling and texting me to “say hi” which seems wildly inappropriate. Will not consider JN as an option for future car buying based on this experience. More
Today I went to Jim Norton very discouraged. I had already been to 5 other car lots just looking for something that fit my needs, in the price range I wanted. I was so discouraged I was about to ask my husband to just order something on carvana(which I feel is so in-personal) but on my way home I decided to just stop at Jim Norton. Jeana Adams listened to what I wanted. She showed me a few cars before she found the perfect one for me. She was friendly, considerate, honest and so helpful then she walked me and my husband over to the finance department to meet with Bill. What a friendly man. He told us a few stories about his family while also making sure that we understood the warranties and extra coverages we wanted. As soon as we were done with financing we were walked back over to Jeana. She got in the car and helped us set up the instar and made sure that all of my husband's questions were answered. This type of customer service has been lacking these days and I will be a return customer! Jeana really made the purchase such an easy choice! I would recommend Jim Norton to anyone. Customer service was absolutely amazing!! Thank you! More
I met my wife at Jim Norton because she said she found the car she wanted, finally. Jeana Adam's was very helpful and explained all of the features on the Suburban and had our trade in valued then sent us the car she wanted, finally.
