We have always done our business in pryor oklahoma due to a salesman always going above and beyond for us when needed and always made our deals complete as well as meeting all our expectations. Unfortunately, our salesman there is no more and we were convinced through many lots that we were at a dead end when it came to honest car dealers who respected us as people and not just another sale. That is until we arrived at Jim Norton Chevorlet in Broken Arrow Oklahoma. Salesman Ron Conaway, Manager Austin and Insurance Rep. Mr. Doyle took several days out of their busy schedules to make us feel like family. We needed 2 brand new vehicles due to how much my family and I travel for work. My mother ended up in the Hospital for 2 days and I was not able to be around for business at the lot but even when I was gone, the individuals mentioned above, continued to work hard and make absolutely everything work in our favor even without being asked to put in their extra time like they did. My wife and I in the end were able to leave the lot with the 2 most perfect Brand New vehicles that met not only our needs but also was made to fit comfortably within our budget. I cannot imagine going anywhere in the Tulsa Metro Area that would outperform the treatment, professionalism, and most of all Respectfulness and care that Jim Norton Chevorlet of Broken Arrow Oklahoma treated us with. They made family unity between customer and Dealer their #1 priority. My family and I have decided that we will never do business elsewhere and will always be 100% loyal customers here. Please note I have written 2 other positive reviews for our awesome salesperson and finance person of our experience yesterday buying a used 2020 truck, but this will not be positive but truthful. I was forced to give a star on the rating, but I wish I could give negative stars for this guy! The manager of the used cars, Phil is a total rude jerk. He first came out and was so rude right off the bat, telling me he is not going to fix this or that and he is not going down on the price. When I tried to talk he told me to not interrupt him and listen! I really should have got up and walked out but I loved our sales person, Morgan and my granddaughter liked the truck. He continued saying he wasn't going to check anything unless I was serious! Well DUH, I'm not just in here for your ugly face, Phil! After he went in and saw my very high credit score and found out we were paying cash for 50% of the truck, he came out and apologized for how he was earlier, but wasn't really much nicer. Well too little, too late Mr. Phil. I am the customer and you are a disrespectful xxx and I never want to deal with you again. By the way, if you have a bible, you might look up Romans12, verse 16 that tells you how to treat people. " Live in harmony with one another. Do not be proud, but be willing to associate with people of low position. Do not be conceited." Jim Norton needs to do some training with you if you're even trainable, or you will surely cause them to lose business! More
I stopped at the dealership to see if they had a vehicle that would catch my attention. Jesus, was standing outside the used vehicle building area & asked how my day was going & I explained what I was looki that would catch my attention. Jesus pointed out one a few yards away, however I wasn't fond of the color, so he advised of two more located near the road. While he retrieved the keys for the cars I walked towards them. They were the kind of vehicle that I was looking for, however they just didn't "talk" to me. During further conversation with Jesus, he advised there was another vehicle in front of the other building so we headed that way. Getting closer to that area, I seen the car & she started whispering to me. While I walked around the car, Jesus went to get the keys & started her before exiting the building. She started yelling at me. Took her for a test drive, putting her through her paces & she is now screaming at me. Jesus wasn't pushy, didn't act like wolf, treating me like a person the entire time. Bill was easy to talk with & very helpful with all the finance paperwork. Thankful to both of these gentlemen for helping me... Love my car that I have named Breeze... More
