Horrible I got my car in Sept and here it is November and I still DONT have my hard tags. I sent the docs and then I never heard from him again Everytime I call they say he with a customer and the lady patty who does tags never seem to be in when I call.. I asked the receptionist Dina or Diana who was patty boss and she said "she don't have a boss it's just her" I simply stated everyone has a boss if they aren't the owner of the dealer.. the sad part is I will go to the DMV myself to register my car they would need to just reimburse me since they charged the fees and did not provide the tags.. I would not ever buy a car here again.. they act as if they doing me a favor by providing the service they CHARGED me for.. Not to mention when I first got to the dealer the sales person Andrew DID NOT ask me what I'm looking for in a car he just tried to put me in any car and a basic car at talk about what I can afford.. when I finally got frustrated and told him "I already have a check from my bank and I'm going to another dealership that's when they did everything in there power to keep me there. This was just horrible service ALL the way around.. More
Deception! Worst car dealer ever!!! All the negative reviews are not false, but do show a pattern of deception. Chevy should not let them sell their cars period. Worst car dealer ever!!! They new I was not happy and found a way that I didn't get customer satisfaction survey so I couldn't complain to GM... run from this dealer even if you think your getting a good deal chances are you will do much better somewhere else. worse experience ever. never go back unless have to. I never received survey and bought car on 03/10/2017. guess because they know how rude the one guy was. they fixed rims on car after telling him serveral times about how bad they where. he finally went and looked at them and agreed to fix them. when they did fix them they gave me a stinking car to drive and it was a toyata. I had a Camaro. they could even give me a loaner that was close to what I bought. pray I don't have to go back to them. it still under warranty so taking it to a different Chevrolet dealership. I do not suggest anyone to buy a car from the manager that talked to us. Rude he was!! More

Contacted service department who ignored email and repeated calls. Finally managed to speak with representative who informed me they would not repair as I could not prove their liability. Absolutely appalling and unprofessional service. Check your vehicle before leaving lot. They will not honor any damage once you have paid and left! This still might not be enough - get them to inspect and sign for state of your vehicle as you drop it off into their "care". To be fair, they did fix original issue and were courteous when denying liability for damage... More

When they brought the numbers to us they said I had to qualify for multiple incentives to get the advertised price. When questioned further, it didn't matter whether or not I qualified for any of the incentives.. They wouldn't give them anyway. The vehicle I was looking at was priced online at 54k. In the story they stated the listed amount they had included qualifications for 2K educator, 2K military, 2K lease, and 2K for GM card. Their website mentions none of those. I am a professor and qualify for educator and for military. That would have made my price 58k. When I stated I qualified for educator, they said they wouldn't give it to me first because I was an educator at a private school and then because I was only an adjunct professor. I then left and they called to give me a 1000 off to try to make up for the educator discount. My argument to that was they still weren't giving me the discount. I called GM customer service and was told you can't stack the discounts that they were trying to stack because they are pricing programs and not stackable discount programs. WATCH THE PRICING IN THIS PLACE!!!! Salesman Neil is outstanding.. it really is too bad he didn't make this deal. More

I purchased a 2015 Chrysler 200 which is amazing. The guys and ladies there really work with you and take all the time needed to make sure your purchase goes well and is appreciated.
