Peggy Thomas, Ms. McKay and I attempted to make contact with you quite a few times and are still awaiting you're response. You're tags were delayed because you never did give us a title for your trade in vehicle used to make this purchase. The trade in still belongs to you until you give us the title. We made delivery of the new car but we can not move forward & process tags until we receive you're trade in title. It's standard procedure at all dealerships and I'm sorry for the confusion this may have cause you. Please call us back at your earliest convenience.
