Jim202, We understand your confusion and apologize for the mix up. The certificate that you brought in was from another dealership and had a serial number on it specific to that dealership. The “General” certificates are the only one’s honorable at any GM dealer. The reason we were unable to honor it is that it was not a “General” certificate, but a dealer specific certificate.
