I did my research for the area, 50-100 miles, and found their Red Hot 2SS Camaro at the price point I was looking for. I was contacted by them through TrueCar we worked over Text messaging and when we arrived they had the car ready for us to look at, I got what I was looking for in my trade, and though they were busy the time it took was reasonable for buying a new car. This was my first time working with them and it went as well as it did with my favorite dealer. Always make sure you do your research. More

Excellent Customer Service! I went to Jim McKay in Fairfax because I needed a car badly. My old car was about 10 years old and was falling apart. I set up an appointment online with a representative and I went in later on that day; it was a Saturday. I was welcomed with open arms and my sale rep was very nice and personable. He got me in and out within 3 hours; I walked out with a brand new 2016 Chevy Cruze. I originally came in looking for a used car but after talking to him; I was convinced that the new car was the way to go. I'm loving my car and I'm loving all the perks that comes with buying from Jim McKay. Now I get free State Inspections as long as I own the vehicle which is great. More

Not Honest Drove 1 hour and 42 minutes to go here after I already told them my situation and Amanda was like you are already approved that's why were calling. Ask for Ken when you come in then they will know you are a preapproved customer. Look like everyone that was coming in there was looking for Ken. So the salesman take all my information to tell me I needed to put down a lot of money something I already knew because I told them I was upside down before I even came there. The guy that was giving the information was nice but he didn't tell me nothing I already knew because it's the same information I told Amanda. More

I have only made used car purchases in my life, but having the great sales experience that I had at Jim McKay Chevrolet, I'm sure to buy another car when I finish paying for my New Cruze. The. Sales Person Rebecca Williams was not only knowledgeable, and professional, but also incredible on the eyes, and easy to say yes to. I thought at first the car was too small for what I'm used to driving, but it turns out to be perfect for what I need it for and that's to commute. If, and when I'm ready to purchase my next car based on the Chevrolet line up, and the quality along with pricing I'm sure to purchase another GM product again in the future, but that Only if Rebecca Williams is a part of the sales process. JUST A LIE I was contacted from a representative from Jim McKay saying that they went by your income. I repeatedly asked if my credit would play a factor I was i I was contacted from a representative from Jim McKay saying that they went by your income. I repeatedly asked if my credit would play a factor I was informed it would not. After a ONE HOUR drive there!! I get there and they verify my income then asked for a social to basically run credit I need a car bad and the way it was explained to me the credit would not play a factor. Next thing I know I am being asked for a Co- Signer I obliged again the car is needed and my credit is in rebuilding stage. It was late when I got there so the bank was closing so I was told I would be contacted the next day around 12 pm which was a lie. I called on and off from 1 pm until 8 pm from the rude tones to the hang-ups at last I was able to speak to the general manager Ken Richardson which he just put a Band-Aid on the unsatisfactory customer service that they showed all I wanted was answers and they couldn’t even give me that. Shame on them for giving false hope and inconsideration to a customer. NEVER AGAIN!!! More
