Service was overall really good. The only issue I had was that the service took longer than I was told. It was supposed to be 2 1/2 hours to change the oil, rotate the tires and repl The only issue I had was that the service took longer than I was told. Ended up being close to 4 hours, which normally I wouldn’t mind, except I was waiting at the dealership for the service to be completed. More

The time it takes to get service for our F250 is too long. The service appears to be done correctly but 1 week to get a diagnosis?? I ended up having to charge $6,661 on my regular visa card. The service tech tried to find the number but ???? More
Appointment was Friday at 7 am for 2017 Ford Fusion brake line recall and scope of 2.0L Eco confirming Fords poor engine design of coolant intrusion among EcoBoost engines.
