Was told it would take 3-5 days, waited 7 business days and they said someone was working on right now. Picked up the next day, and asked if they were busy and the person said its been dead all week. They have very good mechanics there, but it took two and a half months to get my truck fixed. There was to much red tape between the warranty people and Ford motor parts company. I would like to say that Chris Weaver was very good in giving me updates on the process and his communication with the warranty company. I would bring my truck back for future work. More

The service people where nice to you. Someone went out of their way to make sure they are taken care of which is respectful to the Customer. If they are have so many issues with back order's then they, should open up a center in the US to resolve the problem like they did back in the 20's-50's. Don't bring a full take a of gas to the dealership they use it all up before giving it back to you. They did this to me twice from the last 2 services they did on my car. They didn't reimburse me or even offer to give me the $80 off my next service from using 2 full tanks of gas. Gas is expensive and this is disrespectful to the customer. I never had this problem in Las Vegas and it's 120 degrees for 8 months year round. So it doesn't make sense to me. I am always honest about my services so that I want to come back or jot and help improve on my services and other's. More

Had an 9 AM appointment on Tuesday for my vehicle. Absolutely no communication as to its status. Called shortly after noon on Friday to check and was told that they would be pulling it into the sho Absolutely no communication as to its status.
