Normally have very good service at this facility, but last one was very confusing and long. Send email to service manager several days ago, at this point have heard nothing back. Also visit took three and a half hours for something that I normally get done in less than two. Also gave me conflicting stories on one of my issues. More
The service department at Jim Hudson Ford is always responsive to any issue I may have with my 2017 Ford F-150. They have replaced an intake manifold, a torque converter and on my last visit, wheel be responsive to any issue I may have with my 2017 Ford F-150. They have replaced an intake manifold, a torque converter and on my last visit, wheel bearings and the warranty their services. They are always responsive to my needs and when the service repair is an extended period of time because of parts issues in today’s manufacturing and shipping debacle, they do have a loaner program. When my intake manifold was backordered last January, they provided a loaner until August when the part finally arrived. I don’t know any other dealership that would give a loaner for 7 months but Jim Hudson had no problems providing the loaner in my time of need. More
