It took them weeks to find the problem with our vehicle but they kept us informed daily and were transparent about the process and every test done. I brought my vehicle in for (what seemed to be) a smaller repair. The service center ended up working on the computer and it crashed. At first, I was called and the repair amount was over $1,500. The manager brought the repair down to around $1,000. Still a significant amount in my opinion, and I'm sure I was sold the part at cost so it didn't hurt the service center. The service center had the vehicle, it malfunctioned under their supervision, and I'm the one that shelled out a good bit of money. Needless to say that does not make me happy. If the trucks themselves weren't so good mechanically, I'd make my current vehicle the last Ford I ever own, but I'm still not happy with the fact that things happened when Ford had the vehicle and I'm the one that bore the brunt of the cost. More
