They have limited mechanics working on cars that cause massive delays. The dealerships don't have most of the parts to fix cars and are on back order. They don't even have rentals for the customers that w massive delays. The dealerships don't have most of the parts to fix cars and are on back order. They don't even have rentals for the customers that won't be getting there car back after a week. They don't give you daily updates. Ford company as a whole now really sucks and need to get their stuff in gear to properly help their Clients. More

Salesman, Jeff Gray, was very patient and accommodating. Test drove several vehicles before coming back to dealership and comparing final 2 vehicles.
