I had a great experience with Jim Hudson. Jaquan was very helpful in my decision to purchase an Explorer. He answered all of my questions and never once made me feel pressured. In fact, I came back to purchase the vehicle two weeks after my initial contact with Jaquan. I hadn't purchased a new car in almost ten years and I wasn't really sure what vehicle I was even looking for.
