I bought a 2018 Hyundai accent. The only place I'd ever go for service Jim Falk Motors is the ONLY place I take my vehicles for service! They are hands down the best place I've ever gone for sales and service. When I bought my car, I was treated like I was part of the family. Any time my car needs service, they are able to work me right in and explain things to me in terms I can understand. Not trustworthy be aware! Last week they NOW tell me it will cost me $5,000 to $10,000 over MSRP due to demand! Thanks but no thanks CODY. Eventually I was told they wouldn't HONOR the agreement made last year and confirmed back in January of this year. I guess the GREED has got this dealer to leave their integrity in the trash in favor of the all mighty dollar. They don't keep their word, needless to say they now are on the selling list of Chevrolet Corvette dealers gouging the public. So disappointed they didn't keep their word. Next time I'll get it in writing. So much for customer loyalty. Short changed in COLORADO More

Integrity of a sale. So happy to upgrade my driving experience to a Cadillac SRX, I understand they check out their used cars to insure a buyer is happy with the purchase. Unfortunately my car had low miles and looked so pretty they may have skipped a few steps over this one, But fortunately for me my As Is agreement was put aside several times to fix the problems that arose w used cars, AC, oxygen sensor, condenser, oil change, water leak from sunroof, all were replaced and fixed free of charge!!! I want to thank Rick the service manager and Kaii, my sales rep for allowing this to happen and obviously the whole Jim Faulk team to pass on to all my customers the excellent service I have come to find at the dealership, thank you so much. More

After the sale, I had to ask for my paperwork 3 times and finally got it sent to me the day before my temp tag expired. Part of my deal was to get $400 worth of accessories with my truck. I have been told several times it would be taken care of, yet here it is 4 months later and I still have not received them. I have dealt with the "Direct of Happiness" for the last several weeks. She is alway friendly on the phone and says she will get it taken care of, but as of today, still no accessories. This company went from a 5 star start that I would have recommended to everyone, to a 2 start that I would recommend not to buy from based on the after the sale experience. More
Jim Falk SUCKS Heard this xxxxxxx had a good reputation. Not true. Paid cash for a Nissan Murano 80,000 miles on it. When it was delivered they put the wrong screws Heard this xxxxxxx had a good reputation. Not true. Paid cash for a Nissan Murano 80,000 miles on it. When it was delivered they put the wrong screws on the license plate. Had to go to a mechanic to get the screws cut off just so we could have license plates. Maybe 2 months later had to replace the battery and alternator. A month later going to a wedding in Texas, but had been noticing something with the brakes. Had to end up replacing the pads and rotar. Now here we are not even 2 years later and a little over 20,000 miles. The rear subframe is so corroded that the back end will disintegrate. Their inspection consist of turning the car on and seeing if the flashers work. These people are xxxx. Customer service sucks. And the quality of their cars suck. Go to "Jim's Car Lot." I've bought better cars from a guy on street then these criminals. Avoid this place, or get ready to spend some money. If I could give this place a negative 1,000, I would. More
