DO NOT LISTEN TO RYAN AT THE SERVICE DESK Unfortunately I had a horrible time both times at Nissan Service Center. The first time, Ryan told me I needed (fill in the blank) services for my 2 y Unfortunately I had a horrible time both times at Nissan Service Center. The first time, Ryan told me I needed (fill in the blank) services for my 2 year old vehicle due to electronics. I didn’t feel like I had a choice and admit I didn’t know better. I walked out paying almost $700 unnecessarily for what I thought was an oil change under warranty. The next time I went in, it was admitted that that was entirely wasted money. I was quoted the oil change and car wash, both under warranty (nothing else was needed. Again, my car is still new enough to not justify spending the amount that Ryan suggested/urged) would take 1 1/2 hours. No worries. Well, 3 1/2 hours later I texted that if we can avoid the car wash to make it faster please do so. So it took 3 1/2 hours for just the oil change, no free car wash. Not worth my time to waste by going through Nissan, I’d rather pay out of pocket for an oil change that only lasts 45 min and does not encourage you to spend a crazy amount of money or waste a crazy amount of time. Side note, the gentleman that helped me the second time was great, unfortunately I didn’t get his name to give him credit. All else was a mess. More

Will you ever understand the meaning of 'appointment'? I am now leasing my 4th or 5th car from your dealership. I dread going to service appointments, and only go the first two during my lease, because the I am now leasing my 4th or 5th car from your dealership. I dread going to service appointments, and only go the first two during my lease, because they are free of charge. After that I have my oil changes done at the '76 station down the road from where I live, because I know, I am in and out in 30 minutes, because those folks know the meaning of the word 'appointment'. YOU DON'T, and I end up yelling at the guys at your service desk, because to me, not keeping an appointment is just utterly unprofessional and just not courteous, and there are NO EXCUSES, like, 'we are running late today, blah blah'. To me an appointment at 1 pm means, especially when I am there at 12:30, that my car is in the shop at 1 p.m. sharp, and for a oil change and tire rotation it's done at 2 p.m. I don't go to Costco, do my shopping extra slow, get back to your dealership, and the car still is not in the shop. If I would not have waited two months to free up the space for this appointment, i would have left on the spot. Shuttle driver is a very nice guy. More
