We brought our 2017 Sentra in & they needed to fix the passenger window & in doing so they scratched the window tint. He apologized for it & immediately set up a repair job at the shop's expense. My Leaf even got a bath! After my experience with the sales/financing (leasing) of my car, I honestly made a decision to not EVER deal with Jim Falk Nissan again...
