Not great. Appointment was made a few weeks in advance and when we arrived at service center there was no record of appointment. Got a call from service center Appointment was made a few weeks in advance and when we arrived at service center there was no record of appointment. Got a call from service center 3 hours after we picked up the car to tell us the car was ready for pickup. No paperwork was received when car was picked up. Called service center later that day requesting that they email all service records. Still waiting for that email. Dealership is poorly run with poor communication, and is not very well organized. 2011 GMC Sierra turbo diesel he 2500 repair cost! My GMC Sierra has 78,000 miles on it and has been maintained and serviced regularly. It suddenly quit without warning while driving home so I had it t My GMC Sierra has 78,000 miles on it and has been maintained and serviced regularly. It suddenly quit without warning while driving home so I had it towed to the dealership and when I came the next morning it was at the Chevy dealership normally I take all my cars I have 10 to the Nissan side and always have great service at far prices. When asked what was wrong with it the service agent Richard said I have bad news your injector pump blew up and it’s gonna cost 12,000 to repair! Another one of my companies vehicles a Chevy Avalanche just had a entire brand new engine put in it along with new exhaust pipe and computer system for less than 12,000 dollars! This does not make sense I went to the Chevy website and the part was 3,100 the service agent said parts alone were 8,500! And the entire job would be 12,000!given my service records I have on the truck and the amount of cars that my company has purchase from Jim Faulk motors I would have expected I much better price seeing that the car should go to 100,000 easy before any major repairs! My company is MauiBuilt, maui waves, and maui Tropix you can check my records with Ryan at Nissan and you’ll see that I overkill the maintenance! I bring my all my cars from hi performance models to all our work vehicles you your dealership and spend a lot of money with you guys! Please look into my case and get back to me ASAP the car is there now it’s been 2 weeks just to get the parts and I would like to see if there’s anything GM can do as well as Jim Faulk motors! This truck is my first GMC product and when I purchased it I was told it would go 200,000 miles no problem! I just brought my Cadillac ctsv in this week and ryan took care of it as usual! Terrible customer service!! Our service appt was at 7:30am. We were on time and told it would be an hour. This was a recall repair. We returned 9:15 am, saw our vehicle parked and went into the office. Lady went to check on our car, came back and said, "sorry our tech came in late, he'll start now, will be ready in 1/2hr." Very bad!! We decided to call for a ride since we lived 5minutes away. No shuttle offered. We got home 10 min later and got a call it's ready. BAD HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! More
