Great Service I pulled up to the service venter and Ryan was out there waiting for my Murano. He greeted me with a smile and addressed me by name. Ryan in service always takes exceptional care of us and our most recent car trou Excellent service I've been going to Jim Falk Nissan for 3 years now. Ryan in service always takes exceptional care of us and our most recent car trouble was no different. Our AC was having an intermittent cooling problem. Those can obviously be tricky since the problem doesn't always show itself. Ryan explained that the part that was needed to fix the problem had to be shipped from the mainland and we were kept in the loop via texts and phone calls throughout.
