Unacceptable I had an appointment for a factory recall and was told twice (after asking how long the appointment would take, so I could plan my day) that it would I had an appointment for a factory recall and was told twice (after asking how long the appointment would take, so I could plan my day) that it would only take 30 minutes to 1 hour max. I was told this by 2 different people. Based on this information I decided against having a loaner, also, I live in Kihei, so no need to use the shuttle service. I was there from 8:45am to 12:15pm. This is completely unacceptable. If I had been told it would take that long I would have taken the loaner. I have a family and work 6 days a week, this took away from my family time and was completely unprofessional. This is the third time it has happened at this location. The people checking me in were nice and they ended up giving me a free car detail, but I have to schedule that at some point, and it doesn't take away the fact that I was told 1 hour max and then there for over 3 hours. Get it together! More

Excellent mechanic I was not originally happy with the service, as i had to bring in several...at least 3-5 times due to oil light keep going on...low oil, etc. Even whe I was not originally happy with the service, as i had to bring in several...at least 3-5 times due to oil light keep going on...low oil, etc. Even when i took it in for regular oil change i had to put in oil ...it was only with this last incident with the light going on again... that i was able to have the mechanic look at it before i drove it off the lot. He was honest and helpful about similar problems he encountered and knew it was best i did not drive it off the lot. His expertise and concern made me feel comfortable in trusting he would do the right thing, which is so important ...confident and trust. After picking up the car, i could feel the difference and know he did a good job... excellence...workmanship. More
