I bought a used 2006 H3 (lemon) through the Nissan dealership. My salesman knew nothing about vehicles in detail, I did all the shopping and searching with no reccomendations or guidance.The service e dealership. My salesman knew nothing about vehicles in detail, I did all the shopping and searching with no reccomendations or guidance.The service engine light came on minutes after I left the dealership. The dealership agreed to look at the engine to address the service light. They claimed that I had a “leaky gas cap” got the light turned off for a few days. I had to put new tires on as the shined ones I purchased had no tread left. I had to pay $161 for Jim Falk to check my engine again. They then found out the entire fuel assembly was coroding and shot, the 4x4 was broken and all the ball joints were shot upon replacing the tires. Funny how the first visit they told me it was a gas cap. We all know corosion and rust doesnt happen overnight. They then said they would take the H3 back in exchange for a NEW vehicle. I so I ended up spending 15,000 more than my budget. I feel like I got totally xxxxed in this deal. I then had to make 2 trips back to sign paperwork. Worst purchase expirience of anything in my life. More
Service did not keep us informed on a timely basis. Loaners hardly had any gas when we picked up. very frustrating recently with airbag recall and scheduling i like this dealership mostly, but am running into problems lately. airbag recall, appt. made, came in for HOURS then heard the part wasn't in! ok. i like this dealership mostly, but am running into problems lately. airbag recall, appt. made, came in for HOURS then heard the part wasn't in! ok...another part ordered that was damaged in one of the service calls i had had....part came in, was called, and have tried to make arrangements for AFTER the virus passes. cannot get anyone at the service desk, have left messages, was told sean stepped away from his desk and ryan would call....waited all afternoon, no call. cannot get anyone to answer my questions so i will leave it here. just want to inform you that i would like to wait to get the work done until medical problems with the virus is resolved. senior here and do not venture out. i do not want the parts sent back and would like to make an appt. for later. NOT that hard! i would like to say that jim falk nissan has been pretty good, and i'm hoping my frustration will help maintain your standards. More
Some challenging repairs but satisfied with final results. '04 Santa Fe had to be brought back in several times to get things right but satisfied in the end with repairs. Felt very comfortable working with my Service Advisor, #5097 Because my yearly mileage is low, I usually do an annual visit which includes basic service and safety check. However, now that my Rogue is 5-years old, I was expecting to have a more complete checkup. I wasn’t expecting that a lot of work needed to be done, but my Service Advisor came over to clearly explain the recommended work I should have on the car. Because my Service Advisor took the time to describe the problems, it did sound reasonable. I decided that I should take the recommendation, so that I can hopefully drive my Rogue for another 5-years and counting. Thank you, Ryan. More
