My car developed a small noise and Ryan suggested I bring it in to have it checked. I did and the minor problem was repaired I know I can always depend on Ryan to give me good advice and help me stay on t it in to have it checked. A cautionary experience I recommend not buying a car from their older inventory. I was not shown any documentation of the available options included in the car (only verbal) I recommend not buying a car from their older inventory. I was not shown any documentation of the available options included in the car (only verbal). There was also very little documentation, like a line item total for the vehicle. I was also not told that one had to choose either the dealer/manufacturer incentive or the 0% financing by the finance manager. I take partial responsibility for not asking enough questions. Just disappointed in the total experience. By the way, this all took part while we were supposed to be practicing social distancing. More

I would prefer to discuss my issues on the phone or in person. I have several concerns. My truck was not fixed and had to be taken back. I’ve already been without my vehicle over a week. I believe they replaced the throttle sensor unnecessarily leaving me out of pocket over $600. Rick was and is very helpful but I’m not at all happy with this experience. More
