I have dealt with Jim Falk for more than 10 years. The best word to describe them is Careless. When you take your car for service, it is returned to you filthy with additional damage. Don’t except civility, let alone kindness; they just don’t care. Parts come in but they don’t tell you they’ve arrived. You have to diagnose your car’s problem, convince them you are right and tell them which parts to order. No one there cares whether you are satisfied. When you tell them you’re not happy with there service, they look at you as if you are speaking a foreign language. Car sales prices are excessive and there’s no negotiation even before COVID. Though they claim to be a full line dealer, they only sell certain models. If you ask for a model they don’t have on hand, they’ll have never heard of it. You’re much better off buying a Kia, Acura, Honda, Mercedes or Lexus. More
