Took our vehicle in for an oil and filter change as well as rotate tires. Checked invoice and they did charge for those things. HOWEVER…. We marked our tires this time because the last time we suspected it as rotate tires. Checked invoice and they did charge for those things. HOWEVER…. We marked our tires this time because the last time we suspected it hadn’t been done and once again they clearly were NOT rotated, but we were charged again. Waiting on a manager to call back. Word of advice ppl, mark your tires! Just because they say they did it doesn’t mean they did. Side Note: The only reason we’re taking our vehicle to the dealership for a service is because it’s under Warranty. Update: Day 1- We spoke to “Matt” (Director of Sevice). He took down the info and said he would speak to employees and call us back. Assured us he would remedy the situation. Day 2: Have not heard back from Matt. Left voicemail. Day 3: Service Department called my partner and after several questions he said they will review their video tape and get back to us. Day 4: Still no call back. Partner called "Matt" (Director of Service) and left a voicemail that we would like our tires rotated and not be charged again. Day 5: Natalie (Service Advisor) called and said the manager had reviewed the footage and had confirmed that our tire rotation had not been done. She said we could bring our vehicle back at our convenience. We're glad that it appears to have been resolved, but nearly 5 days in and multiple phone calls doesn't leave us with a great experience. I chose to purchase a Rogue because of Jim Falk's Nissan Service Department! I will ONLY deal with Ryan because I know I will have the BEST care from him for my Rogue! He's so good, I just have to describe Service Department! I will ONLY deal with Ryan because I know I will have the BEST care from him for my Rogue! He's so good, I just have to describe a sound that the car makes & how the car runs, & Ryan will know what I mean and exactly what part of the car is having the trouble.. that's amazing for me!!! P.S. This is why I will NEVER, EVER buy a Subaru again.. the service manager there is the WORST to deal with!!! She's also the topic of conversation with I talk with others, and they also have dealt with her & feel the same way!!! More
