Everyone was very friendly and genuine, even the cute cats outside. Ryan worked hard to have my car ready to meet my deadline and schedule while on island. What was really nice, was Ryan had only positive things to say about our regular mechanic. Service had all the needed parts, and that helped with the efficiency of fixing my car. Poor service, dropped it off at 9:00 am for service and didn’t receive my car till 3:30 pm , upon getting my truck back someone put a big scratch on my front fender thinking I wouldn’t notice it….. I just bought the truck ,what would make you think that I wouldn’t notice it…. the worker’s should have more respect for customers cars and take care of it like it’s theirs….. The personal are always very nice and try to help in anyway they can. The dealership is always very busy. Unfortunately this time I think they forgot I was waiting. I sat for 3 hours being patient and finally asked after 4 hours and the said they would check and it would only be 10 more min. The tech was just finishing paperwork. I checked to more times over another hour and a half and my car was finally pulled up. I am used to waiting for things in Maui but this was excessive. More
