Never returned my calls, had me bring car in and it wasn't even looked at by mechanic until the third day, after waiting over 3 months for the part they had forgotten to order the gasket and trans flui wasn't even looked at by mechanic until the third day, after waiting over 3 months for the part they had forgotten to order the gasket and trans fluid so that involved another week delay. There was a total lack in communication from them and the only way I could ever get an update on my car was to make a 40 minute trip into town to present myself in person. I have owned GM products since 1964 and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a GM dealer. More
