However, the work done was exceptionally expensive this time around. $430 for 2 coil replacements is a little over the top (you can get brand new OEM coils for $45 each and the time to replace them can't take more than 20 minutes. They don’t seem to care about their customers I purchased a 2017 Chevrolet Colorado Z71 in June of 2017. Once the truck hit around 1,000 miles it’s been nothing but issues and the dealership write I purchased a 2017 Chevrolet Colorado Z71 in June of 2017. Once the truck hit around 1,000 miles it’s been nothing but issues and the dealership writes them off as normal instead of fixing the issue. My trucks brakes squeak when the brakes are applied and you go over a bump, they said this is normal. I just reached 52,000 miles and my catalytic converter had to be replaced 3 times, my converter had to be replaced, and a sensor had to be replaced. I’ve owned Fords and Dodges and never had an issue till I bought a Chevy. Chevy has lost me as a customer, which is sad because I’m looking to upgrade to a full size truck. I won’t purchase a vehicle from a dealership with Jim Falks name on it with how my experience has gone. More
