Service Eddy is trustworthy, reliable and always provides excellent customer service. He is knowledgeable about the needs of all three of our Lexus vehicles ( Eddy is trustworthy, reliable and always provides excellent customer service. He is knowledgeable about the needs of all three of our Lexus vehicles (ES350, GS350, & RX350). He's attentive to any issues I may be having with either car. My last visit was a scheduled maintenance for the RX. He also addressed the problem I was having with my voice command by having his team do a diagnostic check. He is my "go to" person whenever I have my cars serviced. More

Quick Warranty Battery Replacement This was my first time back at this dealership since I had a problem with them a couple of years ago over pricing issues (recommended service that was This was my first time back at this dealership since I had a problem with them a couple of years ago over pricing issues (recommended service that wasn't necessary and over-pricing compared to other dealer ships). I was stuck... I had a dead battery and Lexus of Beverly Hills was the closest place to drop off for a new battery. The battery was less than a year old and it was still under Lexus warranty. It was the first time I had been in their new service location. Josh was my service rep and he did a great job of taking care of all the paper work and making sure it was covered on the warranty. It was a both good and painless experience. My car was ready when promised. More
