Did not get good service on first 5,000 mile dealer work When I went to pick up my car, the service person turned off my technical support items like lane assist and other items. When I had service done on my new cars at Chevy and Ford, they would wash my car before I picked it up. My car from this dealer was very dirty. I could hardly look out my front window it was so bad. And my car was washed and not clean, inside or out. There was no pride in the job. I was treated like an honored guest when I had service in Denver by Kuni Lexus, My car was returned as a new looking vehicle. Maybe LA area Lexus dealerships are not like those in other states. More
