Great service I brought my car in for a it's regular maintenance. My family all owns Lexus's and we always see Eddie their. I got a loaner car for the day, and go I brought my car in for a it's regular maintenance. My family all owns Lexus's and we always see Eddie their. I got a loaner car for the day, and got updates throughout the day letting me know what the status was. Eddie is very professional, and courteous, and made the whole process smooth. My car is running great, and my family and I will continue to bring our cars here because of the service is great. More

Over priced I purchased my Lexus originally from Beverly Hills Lexus. The car is out of warranty for a few years now and it has started to act up again. I took i I purchased my Lexus originally from Beverly Hills Lexus. The car is out of warranty for a few years now and it has started to act up again. I took it in to Jim Falk Lexus, they said the engine control module needs to be changed for the amount of 3000$ I did not want to fix it at the moment, so they said there is 399$ inspection fee! I bought the Lexus thinking it would not be an expensive car to maintain, but I added up all the money I have put in the car for the last few years and realized my Lexus has been much more expensive in total repair dollars than my old BMW X5 I am very upset with the Lexus and would not purchase another Lexus again! My next car is going to be a BMW! More
